Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of self-efficacy on quality of work life and employee performance at PT. Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo Surabaya in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo Surabaya. The sampling technique used was total sampling (saturated sample). The research sample amounted to 105 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The collected data was then analyzed usinganalysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed, self efficacy has a positive but not significant effect on quality of work life. Quality of work life has a positive but significant effect on employee performance. Self efficacy has a positive but significant effect on employee performance.
